CHANDLER, AZ-The Rockefeller Group Development Corp. will construct an 844,000-square-foot office park at the southeast corner of the Loop 101 and Chandler Boulevard. Tempe-based Davis has designed the new office park, called Chandler 101.
The development will get moving after securing an anchor tenant. One notable tenant in the mixed-use project will be Arizona State University. The university will house its W.P.
