BRIDGETON, MO-Duke Realty, a real estate company based in St. Louis, has signed a new deal with 1-800-Pack-Rat, a portable storage company, to lease space in its Dukeport complex situated in Bridgeton. The portable storage company has leased 44,800 square feet in Dukeport II, a 244,800-square-foot industrial building at 13890 Corporate Woods Trail.
