NEW LONDON, CT-The retail investment team at CB Richard Ellis in Boston has closed the sale of a retail center in New London, Connecticut. Kimco Realty Corp. has sold the shopping center, which measures 107,000 square feet, to Crosspoint Associates for an amount of $15.7 million.
