NASHVILLE-U.S. Bank National Association has acquired 442 Metroplex Drive, a three-building office complex at Interstate 24 and Harding Place in the Airport South submarket of Nashville, for $1.8 million. The Class B office complex comprising over 72,000 square feet of space was sold by Big Office Properties LLC.
The Airport South office complex, situated in the Metroplex business park, was earlier sold in 2007 for $6.45 million. The properties are 57% occupied. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
