LEEDS, UK-The Capital Markets team of Leeds-based CBRE has sold Parkside Retail Park in Ponterfract to Aviva for an amount of GBP 6.4 million. CBRE has sold the retail warehouse park for The Merchant Navy Officers Pension Fund.
