GLEN BURNIE, MD-Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison-ARC Shopping Center REIT Inc. has acquired a Food Lion-anchored shopping center in Glen Burnie for $16.6 million. Burwood Village Center, which comprises 106,000 square feet of retail space, is located at West Furnace Branch Road and Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard.
The Burwood Village shopping center is 98% leased. CVS Pharmacy, Dollar Genera and Dunkin Donuts occupy space in the grocery-anchored shopping center. This is the first acquisition in Maryland for Phillips Edison-ARC. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
