
CLEVELAND-Cleveland State University, in association with co-developers Indianapolis-based Buckingham Cos. and Gates Mills, Ohio-based Polaris Real Estate Equities, has started construction on a residential project in Cleveland. The $50-million community, known as Campus Village, is situated on the campus of Cleveland State University.
The mixed-use community will comprise nine apartment buildings with 318 units. The first phase of the project is scheduled to be finished by fall 2012, while the second phase will be completed by fall 2013. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
