
DAYTON, OH-The Miami Township trustees have approved over $16 million in tax increment financing for a mixed-use project at Austin Boulevard and Route 741 in the Dayton area. The Austin Landing development will comprise 135 residential units and a retail park measuring 200,000 square feet.
The trustees said that the new development will be used as a concert venue and open-air marketplace during summer. Developer RG Properties is planning to invest $55 million on the development. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
