CHICAGO-PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an accounting and consulting firm, has renewed its lease for nearly 279,000 square feet of space at the UBS Tower, a 1.4-million-square-foot office building at 1 N. Wacker Drive. The firm has occupied eight floors in the skyscraper.

The 15-year deal with Hines Interests LP will start when PwC's current lease expires. The UBS Tower is currently 93% leased. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. negotiated the deal along with CB Richard Ellis Inc. for the tenant. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
