ORLANDO-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of a garden-style apartment community in the Orlando area. Timberlake and Glades apartments, which feature 876 units with single- and double-bedroom floor plans in Altamonte Springs, have changed hands for $63,150,000.
The apartment properties were 93% occupied at the time of sale. Luke Wickham and Shelton Granade from CBRE's Central Florida Multi-Housing Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
