NEW YORK CITY-Mortgage rates have edged lower again this week, with the average value of 30-year fixed-rate loans back below 4%. According to Freddie Mac's survey, the 30-year mortgage rates averaged 3.99% in the week ending November 10, from last week's 4%.
The average rate for 15-year fixed-rate loans also dropped to 3.3%, from 3.31% last week. The average rate on five-year adjustable-rate mortgages rose to 2.98%, from 2.96% last week and the one-year adjustable-rate mortgages rose to 2.95%, from 2.88% last week.
