BIRMINGHAM, UK-AXA Real Estate has closed three lease deals totaling approximately 35,000 square feet at a Wolverhampton shopping park in West Midlands. TK Maxx has signed a 15-year lease for 17,500 square feet; Next has inked a 10-year lease for 12,300 square feet; and JD Sports has signed a 10-year lease for 5,400 square feet at Bentley Bridge Shopping Park.
