DORAL, FL-The South Florida office at Transwestern has negotiated four lease deals totaling 106,000 square feet at Beacon Centre at NW 84th Avenue and NW 25th Street in Doral. Codotrans has renewed its long-term lease for 28,000 square feet; Lifeline Pharmaceuticals has leased 21,000 square feet; BR-1 has renewed its long-term lease for 15,000 square feet; and Worldpac has inked a long-term lease renewal deal for 28,000 square feet at Beacon Centre.
