NOTTINGHAM, UK-The Westfield Group has agreed to sell 75% stake in the Broadmarsh shopping center situated in Nottingham for GBP 55 million. The company is selling its interest in Broadmarsh to Capital Shopping Centres.

Westfield acquired Broadmarsh in 2000 and intended to redevelop the property. The company has also signed exclusive deals with Whitgift Foundation (UK) to examine the possible redevelopment of a shopping center at Croydon located in south London. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
