GREENSBORO, NC-Bellemeade Development and Lomax Properties have officially announced their plans for a $10-million apartment project at the old North State Chevy property near NewBridge Bank Ballpark in downtown Greensboro. Construction has started on Greenway at Fisher Park Apartments, a 196-unit complex featuring one- and two-bedroom apartments.
