NEW PORT RICHEY, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of a multifamily property in New Port Richey. A Greenwich, Connecticut-based limited liability company has sold Cheri Court Apartments, an apartment building consisting of 27 units at 5432 Cheri Court, for $550,000, or about $20 per square foot.
The property was constructed in 1974. Michael P. Regan, Francesco P. Carriera and Nicholas Meoli from Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office represented the seller, and they also secured the buyer. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
