WEST PALM BEACH, FL-An affiliate of Pebb Enterprises in Boca Raton has purchased the Horizon and Sabadell United Bank office buildings situated in West Palm Beach from a CMBS fund at a $7.4-million discount. Pebb Palm Beach Lakes and Pebb Forum has purchased the buildings for a total amount of $14.96 million.
The Horizon building, located at 1401 Forum Way, is about 50% occupied and the Sabadell United Bank building, at 1645 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., is nearly 80% occupied. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
