CHICAGO-RP Holdings LLC has acquired a two-story multifamily property in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood for $159 million. The 1,031-unit property was sold by an unnamed affiliate of the Crescent Heights group of companies.
The apartment complex comprises single-, double- and triple-bedroom units, Studios and 7,591 feet of retail space on the ground floor. The average size of units at the complex is 979 square feet.
