
BOSTON-A new residential tower is coming up at the northern edge of the Rose F. Kennedy Greenway in Boston. Suffolk Construction is collaborating with Simpson Housing LLLP to develop the $92-million, 377,000-square-foot apartment complex at 95 Haverhill St.
The 12-story residential tower, called The Victor, will contain 286 units. Construction is expected to be finished in early 2013. Suffolk Construction is the main contractor of the project.
