SAN RAMON, CA-Connecticut-based General Electric has leased 125,000 square feet of space in Bishop Ranch 3 situated at 2323 Camino Ramon in San Ramon to house its $1 billion technology nerve center that will accommodate 400 software engineers. The company will occupy three full floors of the building.
Bishop Ranch 3 is owned by Sunset Development. Sabrina Hughes and Bill Dougherty of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Ed Hagopian of Sunset Development represented the landlord in-house in the deal. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
