
SACRAMENTO-California Independent Petroleum Association has bought the sixth-floor space of the 1001 K Street building in Sacramento for $1.42 million or about $290 per square foot. The 47,000-square-foot office building underwent a face lift and conversion from a regular building to one delivering space for sale.
Signal Air LLC purchased the unsold portions of the structure this year from Borel Bank out of foreclosure. The sixth-floor space measures nearly 5,000 square feet. Ken Turton represented both parties in the deal. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
