PARIS-The property business of Henderson Global Investors in France has sold a mixed-use building at 15, rue du 4 Septembre in Paris for EUR 22.2 million. The company has sold the building for the Warburg - Henderson Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 1.
Warburg - Henderson KAG purchased the building, which comprises approximately 26,909 square feet of office and retail space, in September 2005. Catella Property represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
