BORDEAUX, FRANCE-Redevco is planning to start a new symbolic project Bordeaux, France. The Promenade Sainte-Catherine project, launched by Redevco, will comprise 204,514 square feet of commercial space and 96,875 square feet of residential properties.
The total investment for the project, which will provide 32 retail units and 93 flats as well as 40 parking spaces, is EUR 105-million.
