DALLAS-Lincoln Property Co. and Champion Partners Ltd. have purchased Energy Square, a 953,622-square-foot property near University Drive and North Central Expressway in Dallas for an undisclosed price. The developers acquired the three-building office complex in a joint venture with an investor, Long Wharf Real Estate Partners.
Lincoln and Champion are planning to redevelop the property's exteriors as well as the open plaza section between the three buildings. Jones Lang LaSalle brokers represented Younan Properties Inc., the seller, in the deal. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
