NEW YORK CITY-Newmark Knight Frank has negotiated a lease renewal and expansion deal at the rejuvenated Empire State Building. Human Rights Watch, an international advocacy organization, has renewed its lease for 45,783 square feet as well as expanded its space by more than 24,299 square feet at the revamped landmark.

In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by a Newmark Knight Frank team, while Malkin Holdings, the landlord, was represented by the firm's Ryan Kass and William Cohen. For the full story, go to New York Post .
