GAITHERSBURG, MD-Novavax Inc., a Rockville-based vaccine maker, has signed a lease for 74,000 square feet of space at 20 and 22 Firstfield Road in Gaithersburg. The company will occupy the manufacturing and laboratory space at the Firstfield Road buildings to support its federal flu vaccine contract.
