ARLINGTON, VA-Arlington County is planning to buy 2020 14th St. N. situated in the Court House area for approximately $25.5 million. The County plans to purchase Thomas Building, which measures 68,000 square feet, from Brookfield Asset Management.
The purchase will allow Arlington County to consolidate its operations from two properties. The County may purchase the building by eminent domain if it fails in a voluntary purchase.
