
ARLINGTON, TX-The Six Flags Mall, a single-story regional mall in Arlington, will be auctioned on December 10. Corpus Christi-based International Bank of Commerce purchased Six Flags Mall in 2008 at a foreclosure auction.
The bank-owned 363,665-square-foot mall is situated on a 25.57-acre plot at the northeast corner of East Division Street and State Highway 360. It is situated near the Rangers Ballpark and Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. The regional mall was built in 1970. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
