
MEMPHIS-A development group is planning to convert the former headquarters of National Cotton Council of America into apartments. Cotton Council Apartments LLC has acquired the building measuring 35,793 square feet at 1918 N. Parkway for an amount of $1 million.
The development group has purchased the building from TC-Met Rhodes LLC with plans to convert the property into a 142-unit apartment community, which will be named the Cotton Council Apartments. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
