NEW YORK CITY-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated a big lease deal in New York City on behalf of Paramount. DG Fast Channel has signed a lease for 90,000 square feet of space at 1633 Broadway.
Current occupiers in the 2.4-million-square-foot tower include Bank of America and Allianz Global Investors. DG Fast Channel is currently located at 3 Times Square. Stephen Siegel of CB Richard Ellis represented Paramount in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post .
