
BALTIMORE-Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a lease deal with the General Services Administration for an industrial space in Cecil County. The GSA has signed a five-year lease for 76,800 square feet at 4 Center Drive for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
The Center Drive property is owned by North East Commerce Center LLC. Cushman & Wakefield's Matt Laraway and Ned Brady represented the owner, while the GSA represented itself in the deal. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
