LONDON-Henderson Global Investors has closed four lease deals at Whitefriars in Canterbury for its UK Shopping Centre Fund. Cafe Nero, Kuoni and Ecco Shoes have inked a lease for 10 years each at a rent of GBP 82,500, GBP 55,000 and GBP 55,000 per annum, respectively, while Catch Limited has signed a 20-year lease at GBP 46,700 per annum.
