
NEW YORK CITY-ZenithOptimedia, an advertising company, is opening an office in Chelsea Market. The Publicis Groupe division has inked a sublease deal for two years with Innovatix, a unit of Greater New York Hospital Association, for 17,900 square feet of space at 75 Ninth Ave. situated between 15th and 16th streets. Germany-based Jamestown Properties is the owner of the eight-story property.
