BERLIN-R+V Versicherung has purchased Ernst-Reuter-Haus, a 322,917-square-foot administrative building in the Berlin area, for an undisclosed price. The property was sold by a joint venture between Rockpoint Group and Cenda.
The property was initially purchased in spring 2008. A federal agency has leased the entire building in last December for 16 years. In winter 2010, Rockpoint acquired the 645,834-square-foot KoQuartier on Konigsallee situated in Dusseldorf for an undisclosed price. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
