MINNEAPOLIS-AdvisorNet Financial is relocating its headquarters from 1221 Nicollet Mall to the 701 Building in downtown Minneapolis. The firm has leased 50,000 square feet of office space in the 701 Building at 701 4th Ave. S. for 11 years.
The 18-story 701 Building property was previously called the Craig Hallum Building. Hennepin County purchased the property earlier this year for an amount of $25 million.
