
WASHINGTON, DC-Cassidy Turley has arranged $95 million in permanent financing for the McPherson Building, a 253,000-square-foot office building at 901 15th St., NW in Washington, DC. The 12-story trophy office building, constructed in 1988, underwent a $25.1-million improvement in 2009-10.
David Webb and John Campanella of Cassidy Turley arranged the long-term, fixed-rate loan for Clarion Partners through a life insurance company.
