WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Boca Raton-based Royale WPB Properties has sold Century Village Medical Office, a 28,346-square-foot medical office building at 100-100 Century Blvd. in West Palm Beach, for $7.1 million. The property was purchased by Pompano Beach-based CV Medical, a company controlled by Dana M. Scheer and Barry Florescue.
Royale WPB Properties bought the building in August 2010 for $5 million. Douglas K. Mandel of Fort Lauderdale-based Marcus & Millichap represented both parties in the deal. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
