DENVER-Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, a real estate investment firm based in Hartford, Connecticut, has paid $52.7 million for 1899 Wynkoop St. in Denver. Nichols Partnership Inc., which is trading as Wynkoop LLC, developed and has owned the metro Denver office building since 2000.
