MANCHESTER, UK-Investec Property has acquired a national distribution center in Greater Manchester for GBP 10.8 million. The industrial facility, which measures 221,517 square feet, is portion of Agecroft Commerce Park.
The property is currently leased to Bunzl Retail & Healthcare Supplies Limited, which is paying GBP 975,000 per annum as rent. The distribution facility was constructed in 2003.
