PHILADELPHIA-Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania-based Presby's Inspired Life has received a little over $8.5 million from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to build an affordable senior apartment complex in the Wynnefield section of Philadelphia. The new apartment complex, named Wynnefield Place, will be built near the junction of Columbia Avenue and 54th Street.
The complex will contain 48 single-bedroom apartments as well as a community room. Construction is expected to start in mid-2013 and end in mid-2014. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
