ORLANDO-Pollack Shores, a real property investment and service firm based in Atlanta, is planning to start construction on Steel House, a 326-unit apartment building in downtown Orlando, on December 6. Site work on the new $40-million mid-rise apartment complex started last week.

The Steel House project will include the four-story complex and a 500-space parking structure. The project's first units will be ready in October 2012 and the final phase is scheduled to be completed in February 2013. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
