CHICAGO-Newark, New Jersey-based Prudential Real Estate Investors LLC has paid $183.5 million for a 17-story office building at 22 W. Washington St. The company has purchased the 439,434-square-foot office tower near Daley Plaza for institutional investors.

A joint venture between New York-based BlackRock Inc. and Chicago-based Golub & Co. has sold the property to Prudential. The Loop office tower is fully leased to WBBM-TV/Channel 2 and Chicago-based Morningstar Inc. Golub & Co. will manage the property. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
