CARROLLTON, TX-Dallas-based Arteriors Home has leased an industrial space measuring 204,000 square feet at 1745 Hayden Drive in Carrollton. Sealy SW Properties LP is the owner of the Hayden Drive property.
Terms of the deal were not revealed. Sealy & Company is managing the industrial property. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Mark Miller from NAI Robert Lynn, while the landlord was represented by Seth Koschak and Blake Kendrick from Stream Realty Partners LP.
