CHARLOTTE, NC-Chiquita Brands International Inc. is planning to relocate its corporate headquarters from Cincinnati to Charlotte. The company, which has been looking for approximately 150,000 square feet, is expecting to occupy NASCAR Plaza, a 19-story office tower at East Stonewall and South Caldwell streets.
Chiquita currently occupies nearly 115,000 square feet of space at Chiquita Center in Cincinnati. Earlier this year, the company extended its lease for 16 months at Chiquita Center. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
