CHICAGO-Georgia-Pacific LLC, an Atlanta-based tissue and paper company, has signed a lease for a full south suburban warehouse facility in University Park. The company has leased the approximately 697,000-square-foot building at 702 Commerce Center Drive from USAA Real Estate Co.
Georgia-Pacific, an arm of Koch Industries Inc. of Wichita, Kansas, has signed the lease for 5.6 years. Colliers International represented the tenant, and Lee & Associates represented the building owner in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
