HOLLYWOOD, CA-Hudson Pacific Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Los Angeles, has acquired 6922 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood for $92.5 million. The 12-story office building was sold by CIM Group, a real estate company.
The 202,522-square-foot building, constructed in 1967, is 100% leased to retail, entertainment and media tenants. This is the 7th acquisition for the REIT in 12 months.
