MIAMI-State Street Realty has closed a lease deal for an industrial space in Miami. Just In Time Services, Inc. has leased the industrial space measuring 54,000 square feet at the Prologis Miami Industrial Business Park, a distribution facility situated within the Miami-Airport West submarket.
The property, situated at 11380 NW 34 St., is owned by Prologis. Westvest Associates' Frank Trelles represented the tenant, while George Pino and Ed Lyden of State Street Realty represented the owner in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
