PHILADELPHIA-Malvern, Pennsylvania-based Liberty Property Trust breaks ground today on a 12-story medical office building at Walnut and 8th streets in Philadelphia. The company will build the $72-million office building for Penn Medicine.
The new medical office building will be constructed over a seven-story parking structures managed by Philadelphia-based Parkway Corp. It is scheduled to be completed in less than two years.
