COCONUT CREEK, FL-Miami-based Lyons Commerce Park LLC has purchased a 39,456-square-foot office structure in Lyons Corporate Park at 6820 Lyons Technology Circle at a 44% discount. The company has bought the office building for $4.23 million on November 8.
