NEW YORK CITY-Perrin Paris 1893 has recently leased roughly 550 square feet of space at 987 Madison Ave. for five years. The luxury handbag maker will replace Edith Weber in the Madison Avenue building.
Asking rent was $1,060 per square foot. Perrin Paris 1893 is planning to open the Madison Avenue store in Q1 2012 for business. Prudential Douglas Elliman's Joseph Aquino and Faith Hope Consolo represented the tenant, while Judson Realty's Stuart Ellman represented owner Rosewood Hotels Corp. in the deal.
